Is our data isolated from other companies on PBM? +
Yes! every company gets its own database. PBM resolves which one you belong to by your subdomain, custom domain, or work email, and nothing is ever shared across tenants.
Can we use our own domain? +
Yes, PBM supports a custom domain per company in addition to a Prine-hosted subdomain.
Does PBM support dark mode? +
Every screen follows your OS setting by default, and anyone can switch it manually PBM remembers the choice per person.
How do our employees log in? +
With a work email and password. If someone's email is linked to more than one company on PBM, they're asked to pick which one before signing in.
What if we already pay for Slack, Asana, or a CRM? +
PBM replaces the pieces you're paying separately for chat, task boards, a sales pipeline, and a calendar under one login and one admin console.
