These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Prine Incorporations. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this site.

Our Services

Prine Incorporations provides web design and development, brand and motion design, and software and digital solutions. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Projects move at the pace of the information and feedback we receive. You agree to provide accurate project details, timely feedback, and any content or assets we reasonably need to complete the work on schedule.

Fees & Payment

Pricing is fixed and agreed in writing before a project starts, as outlined in your proposal. Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone schedule, are set out in that same agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Prine Incorporations retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

We treat project details shared with us as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Prine Incorporations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may end an active engagement in line with the notice terms set out in the project agreement. Work completed and costs incurred up to that point remain payable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
